winner selection
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will be announced at the end of the event.
The winner [must/must not] be present to win. If the selected entrant is ineligible, unavailable, or does not satisfy the prize requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
prize
One winner will receive:
• A three-night stay at an eligible Esterre home
• Use of a Land Rover for the journey and duration of the stay
• Curated local experiences based on the selected destination
Approximate retail value: $total value.
Esterre Stay Terms
The prize includes a three-consecutive-night stay at one eligible Esterre home. The stay must be completed by September 30, 2027, and will not be extended beyond that date. The stay is subject to availability and applicable blackout dates, including major holidays.
Reservations must be requested at least 30 days in advance and are subject to home availability and applicable blackout dates. The winner is encouraged to reserve early, as the availability of a particular home or date is not guaranteed.
Travel, meals, fuel, gratuities, taxes, incidentals, and expenses not expressly included are the winner’s responsibility.
Maximum occupancy is determined by the selected home and may not exceed that home’s published occupancy limit. Eligible homes accommodate varying numbers of guests, with the largest currently accommodating up to nine guests.
Esterre will cover the standard cleaning fee. The winner is responsible for additional charges resulting from damage, excessive cleaning, rule violations, optional services, or other expenses not expressly included in the prize.
Pets are not permitted. Service animals will be accommodated as required by applicable law.
The stay:
• Is non-transferable and may not be sold or redeemed for cash
• Must consist of three consecutive nights
• Cannot be combined with another promotion or existing reservation
• Does not include additional nights unless separately arranged and purchased
• Is subject to the selected home’s rules and reservation requirements

Land Rover Vehicle Terms
The vehicle component is provided and administered solely by Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue. Vehicle use is subject to the dealership’s separate eligibility, licensing, insurance, availability, mileage, geographic-use, pickup, return, and other requirements. The winner must complete all documents required by the dealership. Questions regarding the vehicle component should be directed to Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue.
Local experience terms
The prize includes curated local experiences selected by Esterre based on the winner’s chosen home, destination, travel dates, and availability. Specific experiences are not guaranteed and will be confirmed after the stay is scheduled.
Experiences must take place during the three-night stay and are subject to provider schedules, seasonal availability, weather, age or participation requirements, and applicable provider terms. Esterre may substitute an unavailable experience with another of comparable value.
Local experiences are nontransferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit. Transportation, meals, gratuities, equipment, or other expenses are not included unless specifically identified by Esterre.
Winner requirements
The potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and sign applicable eligibility, liability, publicity, accommodation, and vehicle-use documents before receiving the prize.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize permits the Sponsor and prize providers to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
General conditions
The Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of these rules. The Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility and winner selection are final, subject to applicable law.
The winner is responsible for applicable taxes. The promotion is governed by Washington law.
