Grounded in transparency
Each owner pays their pro rata share of the total operating costs of the homes, along with expenses related to managing the broader Esterre network.
For 2026, the estimated operating budget is $13,400 for Premier Tier and $6,700 for Signature Tier. These annual assessments are paid monthly and help ensure seamless, high-quality upkeep across every home in the collection.
The all-inclusive costs cover everything you’d expect:
utilities, housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, property and liability insurance, real estate taxes, the reservation app, association dues, supplies for homes, accounting, admin, operations management, reserves for future upgrades and replacements, and a management fee.
To ensure full transparency, owners receive a detailed operating budget before the start of each calendar year, followed by a year-end report comparing actual vs. budgeted expenses. An independent audit review by a certified accounting firm will also be conducted and shared with all owners.
