The Esterre Survey Drawing (“Drawing”) is sponsored by Esterre Phase 1 LLC, doing business as Esterre, 1151 Fairview Ave N., Suite 105, Seattle, WA 98109 (“Sponsor”)
Elibility
The Drawing is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and any businesses involved in administering the Drawing, together with their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. “Immediate family” means a spouse, domestic partner, parent, child, or sibling.
Ownership in Esterre is not required.
Entry Period
The Drawing begins on October 8, 2026, Pacific Time, and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on October 22, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit esterre-wa.com/consumer-survey-2026, complete the required survey fields, and submit your name and a valid email address.
Limit one entry per person during the Entry Period. Multiple submissions do not provide additional chances to win. Automated entries and entries submitted using false identities are prohibited.
Your opinions, level of interest in Esterre, and decision to decline any optional question will not affect your chances of winning. No purchase, sales appointment, or agreement to receive marketing communications is required.
prize
One winner will receive one three-night stay at The Elwha, an Esterre home on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington, for the winner and up to 9 guests.
The total approximate retail value of the prize is $3,500.
The following conditions apply:
· The stay consists of three consecutive nights.
· Reservation requests must be made at least 30 days before arrival, and the stay must be completed by October 31, 2027.
· Dates are subject to availability. Blackout dates are major holidays.
· Esterre will cover the standard cleaning fee. The winner is responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, optional services, and other charges not expressly included in the prize. Pets are not permitted; service animals will be accommodated as required by law.
· Transportation, meals, activities, and other personal expenses are not included.
· The winner must be present throughout the stay. All guests must comply with the home’s occupancy limits and disclosed house rules.
The prize may not be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash. If The Elwha becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
Winner selection and odds
Sponsor will select one potential winner in a random drawing on October 30, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received; with one prize and N eligible entries, the odds are 1 in N.
Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified at the email address provided with their entry by October 31, 2026.
The potential winner must respond within 7 calendar days after notification and may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and complete applicable tax documentation.
If the potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. An alternate winner may be notified after October 31, 2026.
Personal Information
Sponsor will use entry information to administer the Drawing, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and arrange the prize. Survey responses will be used to understand consumer feedback and improve Esterre.
Information may be processed by service providers assisting Sponsor with these purposes, as described in Sponsor’s privacy policy.
Entry does not require consent to receive additional marketing communications.
Administration
Sponsor may disqualify entries involving fraud, tampering, or violations of these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are not received because of technical failures or incorrect contact information.
If an event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control prevents fair administration, Sponsor may suspend or modify the Drawing to the extent permitted by law. Any material changes will be posted at official rules, and eligible entries already received will be treated fairly.
