Esterre Getaway Official Prize Terms

These terms apply to the Esterre portion of the getaway prize: a three-night stay at an eligible Esterre home and curated local experiences. The event organizer is responsible for entry, winner selection, and notification under its separate drawing rules.

three-night stay

The winner may choose one eligible Esterre home for a stay of three consecutive nights. The stay must be completed by September 30, 2027; there is no separate booking deadline. Reservation requests must be made at least 30 days before arrival and are subject to availability and blackout dates, including major holidays. A particular home or date is not guaranteed, so early planning is encouraged.

The selected home’s published occupancy limit applies. Occupancy varies by home; the largest currently accommodates up to nine guests. The winner and guests must follow the home’s reservation requirements and house rules.

Esterre will cover the standard cleaning fee. The winner is responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, optional services, and other charges not expressly included in the prize. Pets are not permitted; service animals will be accommodated as required by law.

The stay is non-transferable, may not be sold or redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with another promotion or an existing reservation. Additional nights may be arranged separately at the winner’s expense, subject to availability.

Curated Local Experiences

Esterre will select local experiences with a total value of up to $1,000, based on the winner’s chosen home, destination, travel dates, and availability. Specific experiences will be confirmed after the stay is scheduled and must take place during the three-night stay.

Experiences are subject to provider schedules, seasonal and weather conditions, participation requirements, and applicable provider terms. If an experience becomes unavailable, Esterre may substitute an experience of comparable value. Experiences are nontransferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit. Transportation, meals, gratuities, equipment, and other expenses are not included unless expressly confirmed by Esterre.

Additional Expenses

The winner is responsible for travel to and from the home, meals, personal expenses, applicable taxes, and any other costs not expressly included above.
